If a character in my book could build a catapult they would make it out of steal that way it would not be destroyed. They would use the catapult to launch rocks and sharp objects at Kronos's army. Kronos is a bad guy who is going to destroy camp half blood and destroy mount Olympus. They would need a catapult to destroy some of the army because they can’t just take down the army with their swords, bow and arrows, and their hands. The catapult will be the one that you pull back lode aim and let go. That would be the type of catapult that the character would make what the catapult would shoot and whom it would shoot at.

I think if Leven were to build a catapult he would use strong sticks, twine, and rubber bands, and a bottle cap. Clover would supply the rubber bands, twine, and bottle cap from his void. They would make a viking catapult. The rubber bands for the catapult part it's self, the bottle cap to hold the gum ball, the sticks for the frame, and the twine to tie it together.

I think that if Cassie and Etoill were going to build a catapult she would use Old clothes that used to be fads but turned were than old. (She would never use new in style clothes! ;) ) Also she would probably to get Jonah to cut down some pine trees to build the shape of the catapult with. Then they would gather the vines of the wood to tie everything together and make it act like a sling shot. Then they would use a rock or a stone or maybe Mary Ellen and launch it into the air.

If my main character (Charlie) made a catapult, he would create it to use for fighting people. If people gets on his nerves a slingshot will come at him/her. Plop right in the head! Charlie would probably hit his siblings if they are mean to him. If his friends would help him he would gratefully enjoy that.

ReplyDeleteIf georges made a catapult he would use a beer cork popicle sticks wood and ruber bands. It would be the best of them all and would win every contest it entred. Georges might use this to his advantage to get back at safer for not being his friend and tricking him. Georges's catapult would go really fast and would say Georges on the side. Georges would paint his catapult blue red and green because it just seems like him. I think he would get first place in every contest. (Go Georges!!)
